Our pet-friendly houses are ideal for pet owners who want to provide their furry friends with a comfortable and safe living environment.
You may be aware, we do require an extra fee for pets living in the house. For each pet, as part of our policy, we require a pet fee of $250 and pet rent of $35 each month.
Location
Inkwell Rentals has over 75 houses that are located all over Springfield, Ohio.
Houses are surrounded by beautiful natural areas, including Buck Creek State Park and several other parks and recreational areas.
These areas offer opportunities for hiking, camping, fishing, and other outdoor activities.
Residents feel a strong sense of community and belonging, and often cite this as one of the best things about living in the area.

We also offer a range of additional options such as extra motion and glassbreak detectors, garage door opener, Wifi doorbell, outdoor video camera, panic button, more door/window contact and other cutting-edge technology.
The smart home features we provide are designed to enhance your safety, streamline your daily routine, and even reduce your energy bills by programming your thermostat to operate on an optimized heating and cooling schedule.
Maintenance
We provide a reliable living space for our tenants. We pay proactive attention to the property, provide quick and effective response to issues, and commit ongoing maintenance and improvement.
We keep our homes in top condition by promptly addressing any maintenance issues that arise.
We replace air conditioning filters, perform pest control, and survey the property every 3 months in order to proactively identify and prevent potential problems.
