We have 3 types of Houses
At Inkwell Homes, we offer three distinct floor plans, each thoughtfully designed to cater to your lifestyle requirements. Our homes showcase fresh flooring, updated bathrooms, and modern kitchens equipped with the latest appliances, including a dishwasher and an over-the-range microwave.
All our houses are equipped with central heating and air-conditioning, window coverings, and ample storage space. Enjoy the convenience of an attached garage, and in select houses, you will find a generous basement offering you extra room.
Layout №1 - Downstairs Suite
This layout boasts a downstairs bedroom suite that offers the convenience of a master bedroom, complete with an attached bathroom.
The advantage of having this suite on the lower level is that it eliminates the need to climb stairs, making it a perfect choice for families seeking enhanced privacy for parents.
Also this is an excellent choice for elderly individuals who may face mobility challenges and prefer a living space that eliminates the need to climb stairs.

This elegant living space boasts a spacious kitchen area that opens up to a welcoming open-floor plan. With two modern bathrooms, one conveniently located on the lower level, this house is thoughtfully designed to cater to your daily needs. As you step into this house, you'll be greeted by a spacious and inviting open-plan area that encompasses the entire second floor, featuring a generously sized kitchen and living room.
The first floor is a versatile space that includes both a garage and a basement, providing ample room for storage and parking.
On the third floor, you'll find four cozy bedrooms. Additionally, the house features two modern bathrooms, adding to the functionality and convenience of this layout.

Pet Friendly
Inkwell Homes is more than just a place to live - it's a welcoming home that accommodates your furry family members, where you can build memories and share adventures together.
Our pet-friendly houses are ideal for pet owners who want to provide their furry friends with a comfortable and safe living environment.
You may be aware, we do require an extra fee for pets living in the house. For each pet, as part of our policy, we require a pet fee of $250 and pet rent of $35 each month.
Location
Inkwell Rentals has over 75 houses that are located all over Springfield, Ohio.
Houses are surrounded by beautiful natural areas, including Buck Creek State Park and several other parks and recreational areas.
These areas offer opportunities for hiking, camping, fishing, and other outdoor activities.
Residents feel a strong sense of community and belonging, and often cite this as one of the best things about living in the area.
